Shipping & Delivery: We utilize a variety of courier services such as DTDC, Professional, Trackon, Delivery, Madhur, Sir Maruti, Sky King, First Flight, Anjani, and Tirupati, tailored to your order and location. This ensures fast and reliable delivery, with parcels typically arriving within 5-7 working days after dispatch from our warehouse.
Customer will get an email regarding the shipment of order within 24 to 48 hours after shipping; it contains tracking number and courier company’s website details along with the expected date of delivery. Tracking number of orders shipped may take 24 business hours to become active on the courier company’s website.
Customers are requested to provide full address along with the flat and street number, pin code/zip code & correct at least two contact numbers along with a verified email id.
In the case of any request for address change or order change, customers are advised to give request before the order ships from our warehouse or within 24 hours of placing orders otherwise two-way courier charges will be applicable to the customer. We shall intimate by email, in the case of delay in shipping due to un-availability of stock or due to unusual delay in dispatching an order.
