This DS-908 MacBook BGA Reballing Platform Tool Set includes stencils covering a range of MacBook chip packages from approximately 2010–2018. The supplied stencil set includes solutions for selected MacBook Pro, MacBook Air and iMac chips, with different solder-ball diameters depending on the chip.
