To use the www.laptophub.in , the Buyer has to follow terms and conditions. We have the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in related sections.

www.laptophub.in  will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on www.laptophub.in.  This without restriction includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / lapse of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any injury caused or damages by any failure of, negligence, performance, defect, deletion, error, error disturbance, delay in procedure or transmission, computer virus, communication line collapse, theft or devastation or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, circuitous behavior, or under any other cause of action. All products are checked, screened and assured by the vendors to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style or model that they are representative of.

The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of www.laptophub.in. Request for cancellations of orders once placed on www.laptophub.in shall not be entertain.

We keep the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by www.laptophub.in for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.

The User agrees to give correct, genuine and true information. www.laptophub.in  reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If any such user details are found not to be true wholly or partly, www.laptophub.in  has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services of www.laptophub.in and or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

www.laptophub.in  will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card dishonestly will be on the user and the ones to prove otherwise shall be completely on the user. The user must completely use his/her own card on the site.

www.laptophub.in  shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods by the vendors (manufacturers, trade organizations, shops etc.), acts of God flood, fire, wars or any cause that is beyond our control.www.laptophub.in shall try to deliver the products as per the details and specifications given on the order form by the user, it reserves a right to deliver a similar, alternate product for reasons beyond its control and any such action shall not be deemed as bad delivery.

www.laptophub.in  shall not entertain any complaints after 7 days, once the order is delivered. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs in any case then www.laptophub.in  is not liable to pay / refund any amount more than order value of customer. User must provide full, accurate and readable information in the order form.

All credit card payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, www.laptophub.in is not responsible for all or part failure of non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards. Custom duties and other levies in destination country are the responsibility of the customer. The prices do not include duties for any country.

User must provide up to 4 weeks for processing and delivery of orders.( Normally , delivered in 5-7 days) In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 4 weeks, www.laptophub.in will inform the customer at the earliest.

While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in Looks as seen on a computer screen against the actual Part received new or old part.

All items offered are subjected to availability at the time of placing your order.

All transactions are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.  Designs and prices are subject to changes without notice.
